What happens after I submit an order?

We send your order to the grocer as soon as you hit the button, we email you a receipt and a confirmation.

What if I don’t receive an order confirmation email?

Check your spam folder, make sure your email account isn’t acting weird, and, if all else fails, reach us on our Contact Us page.

How do I change or cancel an order after I’ve placed it?

For changes or questions about this order please contact directly the grocer using the phone number given to you on your confirmation email.

Who do I call to check on the status of my order?

You’ll want to call the grocer using the phone number given to you on your confirmation email.

I have a confirmation email, but the grocer says they don’t have my order.

If you’re hearing that they’ve not received your order, reach us immediately on our Contact Us page and we’ll get things sorted out.

Who will deliver my order?

In most cases, one of the grocer's delivery drivers will deliver your order. Keep in mind, some grocers don't have their own drivers and use a third-party delivery service, which could take longer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Please contact directly the grocer using the phone number given to you on your confirmation email.

Something is wrong with my grocery . What do I do?

If there’s a problem with your order, please call the grocer and let them know. You can find that phone number in your order confirmation email. Of course, you can reach out to our Customer Care Team on our Contact page.

Where can I find a receipt for my order?

After logging into your ordervago account, click on the "Past Orders" tab. You can then view all your previous orders and final receipts. Any changes that were made to your order will be reflected here.

How do I browse grocers near me?

The best way is to make sure you enter your address as specifically as possible. The search results will be tailored to grocers that deliver to that address or grocers that are within a reasonable distance offering pickup.

What’s the deal with “Order History”?

Here’s where you can see everything you’ve ordered in the past. Which is helpful for a few reasons. One, you can reorder anything you loved in just a few clicks. Of course, you’ll get the chance to edit the order to add anything else you’d want or remove anything you don’t need this time around.

So, what’s it cost to use Ordervago?

Ordervago is free to use. You’ll have to pay for the grocery and, if you opt for delivery, you may notice that the grocer charges a fee for delivery. In that case, the fee is set by the grocer and would apply even if you placed your order by phone.

How are the list prices determined?

The grocers we work with are contractually obligated to match the prices they have set in their shop. If you see any discrepancies, reach us on our Contact Us page and we’ll talk to the grocer .

Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to order?

In some cases, yes. Grocer s often require a minimum order size to deliver an order.

Can I save my payment information?

During checkout, you’ll have the opportunity to save a credit/debit card, add a credit/debit card or remove a credit/debit card.

How do I change my credit/debit card information?

To change your credit/debit card info, click “your name” in the top right corner of the page. Options to edit your saved payment details are hiding in there.

When is my credit/debit card charged?

Your card is charged as soon as you place your order, just as it would be when ordering over the phone.

Is my payment info secure?

We never share any of these details with grocers, and we encrypt everything the second you hit that “order” button. We use Verisign, which is the leader in SSL encryption, to make sure no one (including us) can see those details.

I forgot my username. Or my password. Or both. What now?

Your username is often the email address you would have used to register your account. As for the password, you can click the “Forgot My Password” link and we’ll get you sorted out. And if you still need a reminder of that username, the “Forgot Username” button and the fields that pop up when you click it will trigger an email reminder of that name.

Can I have two Ordervago accounts with the same email address?

Unfortunately, no. Because that email is tied to your username, you can only have one account per email address.

Can I save multiple addresses? Like “home,” “work,” and “future husband’s”?

Yes. Any address you use to place an order will be saved to your account. You can even label each one to make things easier.

Can I save special delivery instructions to my address?

You can. When checking out, you’ll have the option to save any delivery instructions to that address.

How does ordering for pickup work?

It’s exactly the same as ordering for delivery, minus the “delivery” part. Instead, the grocer will let you know when to expect the order to be ready. Oh, and please remember to have an ID handy when picking your order up. Grocer's like to make sure that their grocery is heading off with the proper person.
